Tom first joined the Mansia Bovey team as a law clerk whilst completing his law degree prior to his admission as a solicitor.  During this time, it was apparent he held a strong passion for criminal law and advocacy. He is focused on achieving the best outcomes for his clients and ensuring that his client’s rights are protected throughout the legal process. He represents clients throughout Queensland across a range of Criminal charges, along with Domestic Violence and Traffic Offences.

Tom recognises himself as a Cairns local despite being raised in Japan and relocating to Cairns in his childhood. He is fluent in both Japanese and English. He has been described as approachable, honest and hard working.
